UP Board Exams 2023: These rules will remain for room invigilators in UP board exams, 50% room invigilators will remain external

UP Board Exam 2023: Now only 19-20 days are left for UP Board Exam 2023 to start. UP board exams are starting from 16th February. Here, UP Board is making all possible preparations to prevent cheating and cheating in the exam. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to take necessary steps to prevent cheating in the examination. In this order, now Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has issued detailed guidelines for Room Inspectors. Which contains a full account of selection of room inspectors and their responsibilities.

As per the guidelines issued by the council, 50 per cent room invigilators at each examination center will be from outside. Along with this, the duty of the teacher of the subject for which the examination is to be conducted will not be made on that day. Apart from this, the male room inspectors will not search the female students either. Like students, room invigilators shall not use mobile phones, calculators or any such electronic devices during the examination.

These will be the rules for appointment of room inspectors

According to UP Madhyamik Shikshan Parishad Secretary Divykant Shukla, two rooms will be assigned to each room. If a class has more than 40 students, there will be three class invigilators. Five chambers will have discharger arrangement. Along with this, if sufficient room inspectors are not available as per requirement, teachers in secondary schools will be appointed on first priority basis. Even after this, if there is a shortage, teachers of primary schools will also be appointed as room inspectors. Only girls will be examined at district centres, where only female teachers will be appointed as room inspectors.
