Share Market: Investors are in panic due to the fall in the share market.
New Delhi : today in the stock market (Share Market) Suddenly the bar fell. The stock market closed with a fall. The Sensex lost around 773.69 points. The Bombay Stock Exchange closed at 60205.06. Nifty declined by 226.30 points (Nifty) Closed at 17892.00. in BSE (BSE) A total of 3,646 companies were doing business. Shares of about 1,136 companies gained momentum. It ended with a decline of 2,378 shares. There was no difference in the shares of 132 companies. 119 scrips closed at 52-week high today. 109 scrips closed at a 52-week low. So upper circuit was imposed in 185 shares. So 193 stocks hit lower circuit.
The rupee strengthened by 13 paise to close at Rs 81.59 against the dollar this evening. Maruti Suzuki was the top gainer in Nifty. The stock closed at Rs 8,784.10, up Rs 85. Hindalco shares gained about Rs 4. The stock closed at Rs 489.10.
HUL shares closed at Rs 2,622.35, up nearly Rs 22. Shares of Bajaj Auto closed at Rs 3,717.40, up nearly Rs 31. Shares of Tata Steel closed at Rs 121.00, up by Re 1.
Among the Nifty’s top losers, Adani Ports closed at Rs 713.15, down nearly Rs 48. IndusInd Bank shares closed at Rs 1,156.15, down nearly Rs 56. Cipla shares closed at Rs 1,035.25, down nearly Rs 27.
SBI stock also disappointed. The stock closed at Rs 568.70, down Rs 26. Shares of HDFC Bank closed at Rs 1,648.65, down nearly Rs 47.
