New Delhi. School Education: All state governments take good decisions to provide good education in schools. The Himachal Pradesh government has also taken a similar decision. State Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that 68 Rajiv Gandhi model residential schools will be established in the state. This school will be established in every assembly constituency of the state under the name of ‘Rajiv Gandhi Model Day Boarding School’.
These schools will have modern technology and equipment to impart quality education. Specially, these residential schools will be built on an area of at least 12.5 acres (100 kanals) and will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

The construction will be completed on time
The Chief Minister has asked the officials to mark the land and complete the construction within the stipulated time keeping in mind student-friendly aspects. He said that the recruitment process will be started to fill the vacant posts in the teaching and non-teaching cadre. Sakhu said that the state government is trying to combine sports and education so that the youth get better opportunities for a bright future.

The Chief Minister said that an ‘indoor stadium’ will be constructed in the Jubbal-Kotkhai assembly constituency along with the establishment of sports schools and colleges in Himachal Pradesh in the near future. (with language input)
