MP Board Exam 2023: MP Board gives big relief to students, now they can deposit exam fee till 4th December

Bhopal. There is a big relief for the students who have not been able to deposit their 10th and 12th board exam fees of MP Board. The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MP Board) has given an opportunity to students to fill the board exam form till December 4. Along with this, the penalty levied for not filing the examination application on time has also been reduced. Now the schools will have to pay a fine of Rs 2000 per student instead of Rs 5925 per student. Earlier, the MP Board had increased the late fee from Rs 2000 to Rs 5925. So the schools had to collect crores of rupees. But now the board has reduced the late fee. However, the rest of the terms and conditions will remain as before.

11 government and private schools have not submitted their application forms

11 government and private schools in Bhopal district of Madhya Pradesh have not submitted exam forms and fees to the MP board. Due to this, they had to collect over Rs 87 crore in late fees. After the board’s ultimatum, 9 schools had submitted the exam fees and forms on the last day. But two schools did not collect the fee even on the last day. Due to this, the fate of more than 582 children was at risk. These schools had to deposit Rs 35 crore as late fee.
