JEE Main 2023: Students of these boards will get admission in NIT-IIIT

NIT IIIT Admission JEE Main 2023: Board has clarified eligibility for admission through JEE Main to NIT, Triple IT, CFTI. Now students with top-20 percentile in 12th board can get admission in NIT, Triple IT and CFTI.

The students of these boards will get the benefit of this
Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Odisha, Uttar Pradesh Board, National Open Board, Gujarat, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland, Assam Board and Chhattisgarh Board etc. The top-20 percentile of these boards used to be 65 to 74 percent.

We inform you that students were exempted from this criterion for the last two years. Top-20 percentile has not been announced by the state boards either. The state board is expected to announce the top-20 percentile at the earliest.

12th pass is required to appear in JEE Main exam. 75 percent marks are not compulsory for admission in technical institutes like NITs and Triple IT.

Admission to these nine state engineering institutes will be done on the basis of JEE Main rank
These include Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Odisha.
