Who doesn’t like taking selfies? In the era of social media, everyone uses a good phone together… gives a good pose and then clicks a great photo. But, when asked to take a selfie with the toilet? Don’t be surprised, because it really happened. In fact, this matter has come to the fore in Maharashtra’s Nashik district, where an education officer ordered students of all government schools to participate in a ‘selfie with toilet’ contest and sketch their ‘dream toilet’.

Schools and educationists are worried about organizing selfie with toilet competition. He has also asked what is the purpose of organizing such programmes.

In fact, on November 14, the District Education Officer ordered the schools to celebrate ‘World Toilet Day’ on November 19. For this, various activities will have to be organized in the schools.

It has been said in the order that ‘Clean Toilet Campaign’ has been started on the occasion of World Toilet Day. Under this, there should be competitions and activities on ‘cleanliness and ground water’ for the students of classes IV to X.

Apart from ‘Selfie with Toilet’, other activities include holding drawing competition on themes like ‘My Dream Toilet’, ‘My School, My Safe Toilet’.

Apart from this, street play competitions on ‘My School, My Toilet’ and ‘Clean Ways of Toilet’ are also organized in the schools. Teachers also have to participate in these programs for the students. All the programs will be conducted online. Schools have to organize these competitions and the results will be declared on November 19.
